Chaudhary Shafiq Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd. was formed in December 2018 with the purpose of setting up advanced manufacturing facilities. Its flagship project is a greenfield sulphonation plant in Nooriabad, Sindh.

The plant produces LABSA and SLES for detergent, household cleaning, industrial cleaning and personal-care applications, with SLS planned for Phase II.
